Why don’t more companies offer motor oil in eco-friendly packaging?
Castrol now offer their full synthetic EDGE motor oil in environmentally conscious packaging. The recyclable cardboard box contains a plastic bag and spout– think box wine in a 5 quart package. This “box oil” package uses 70% less plastic than the typical 5 quart jug. Bulk users have used similar dispenser packages for years, but these are typically only sold in a 6-gallon size.
Castrol EDGE is also certified carbon neutral in compliance with PAS2060.
